Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Nav Collective LLC for the WOUT apps and website. By creating an account or using WOUT you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use WOUT.

Who can use WOUT

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account and for what is posted from it.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

WOUT is a shared public service. You must not post anything that:

• is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or violent;
• is knowingly false or misleading, or could put people in danger;
• reveals someone else’s private information or exposes a person’s home, contact details or movements;
• makes unsupported accusations against an identifiable person or encourages targeting or retaliation;
• is spam, advertising you were not authorized to post, or illegal.

You can report published content or block its author from the content itself. Reports and blocks help protect your view of WOUT and bring content to our team’s attention; votes or flags do not approve content for publication. We may hide or remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. To request a private correction, review or removal, email support@getwout.app or message us on WhatsApp. Include a link or enough detail to locate the content, and avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

Human review before publication

New Community posts and replies, and free-text notes attached to reports, wait for human review. A submission receipt means we received your content; it does not mean it is public. Reviewers can redact text, publish an observation without its note, or reject content for safety or rule violations. Public report locations are limited to an area unless a reviewer explicitly approves an incident point. Approval does not establish that the content is true. You can withdraw your own pending submissions.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give WOUT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show, and distribute it within WOUT, including safety edits, so the service can work. Public reports omit your account identity. Ordinary Community discussions use a separate alias you choose; safety alert posts and their replies omit the author alias. People names and personal locations are shared separately with the people you explicitly allow. These protections do not make submissions anonymous to WOUT, and identifying text can still reveal who someone is. Place reviews show the public name, rating, comment and photos you choose to publish.

Community content is displayed publicly for up to 30 days. Account deletion, pending-submission withdrawal, separate website review removal and stored-data limits are described in our Privacy Policy. Public expiry does not mean every stored copy, moderation record or provider backup has been erased.

Information is not guaranteed

Reports come from the community and public sources. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. WOUT is not an emergency service and does not replace contacting local emergency services or authorities. WOUT does not claim a law-enforcement partnership. Do not use it to identify suspects, coordinate a confrontation or publish direct accusations against private people. Use your own judgment before acting on anything you see, especially about your safety.

Price

WOUT is free. Opening an account, seeing reports and sharing with your family cost nothing.

Ending your use

You can stop using WOUT and delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

WOUT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Nav Collective LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in WOUT.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it applies.
